Together, we explore your trauma history, current symptoms and triggers, nervous system responses, sleep quality, gut health and any chronic digestive issues, energy levels, hormonal health, nutrient status, medications, and your body's physical signals of dysregulation. We help you understand how your nervous system, gut and immune system have been working to protect you—and what needs to shift for genuine healing.
