Comprehensive Assessment

Your first session goes far beyond a food diary. Together, we explore your digestive history, bowel patterns, diet, stress levels, sleep, mental health, medications, test results and life context, so we can understand how your gut and your nervous system have been working together. This whole-person view guides what to focus on first.

A Personal plan

Within 48 hours, you receive a practical, step-by-step programme tailored to your body and your life, including nutrition guidance, targeted supplements (where appropriate), stress and nervous system support tools, and lifestyle shifts that are realistic for you. If useful, we may also discuss functional testing such as comprehensive stool microbiome analysis or SIBO breath testing to add more clarity. Your plan evolves over time as your symptoms and circumstances change.

Ongoing Support

You are not left to figure things out alone. Follow-up sessions provide accountability, space to review progress, adjust strategies and gently troubleshoot flare-ups or stressful periods.
