I’m Irina,

My work is centred around helping people understand their relationship with food and their wider health, whether that's recovering from an eating disorder, struggling with disordered eating, living with persistent digestive symptoms or trying to make sense of hormonal changes.

Food can become complicated for so many different reasons. And when digestive symptoms, hormones, stress or health concerns are part of the picture too, knowing what to eat, or what your body needs, can become even more confusing.

My approach is to understand what's happening for you as an individual and help you find a way forward that supports both your nutritional needs and your wider health.

Food, gut health and hormones are often connected

One of the things I enjoy most about my work is understanding how different aspects of someone's health may be connected.

You may come to me because you're struggling with bloating or digestive symptoms, but your relationship with food has also changed as you've tried to work out what's triggering them.

Or perhaps you've spent years dieting, restricting certain foods or trying different approaches to manage PCOS/PMOS or hormonal symptoms and no longer know what eating well looks like for you.

For others, an eating disorder or disordered eating is the main reason for seeking support, but digestive symptoms, hormonal health or nutritional deficiencies also need to be considered.

My role is to help you make sense of those different factors without making food even more complicated.

Choosing who to work with can feel like a big decision, particularly when you've been struggling with your health for a while or aren't quite sure what kind of support you need.

In this short video, I share a little more about me, how I work and what you can expect from working together.

If you'd like to have a conversation before deciding whether to work with me, you can book a 30-minute Clarity Call. It's an opportunity to tell me a little about what's been going on, ask any questions you have and find out whether my approach feels right for you.

A little more about me

Clarity Calls are 30-minute introductory conversations designed to help you decide whether working with us feels right for you. A fee is payable at the time of booking. We’re unable to provide personalised recommendations, review test results or recommend supplements during these calls.

“I feel like I’m eating a wide variety of fruits/vegs/proteins - I’ve been experimenting with lots of different types. I feel I’m friends with my body, so I want to nurture it. Instead of blaming my body for not working properly I feel like I understand it now that it has shown me it can work properly if I take the care and attention to feed it the right foods.”
