Within 48 hours, you receive a practical, realistic programme tailored to your life and capacity, including nervous system regulation techniques, stress-load reduction strategies, targeted nutrition and supplementation (where appropriate), hormonal support, energy restoration tools, and sustainable lifestyle changes you can actually maintain.
