Personalised nutrition and functional medicine support for your individual health needs

We help you understand your whole health picture, looking at the different factors that may be influencing how you feel and giving you the knowledge, tools and confidence to support your health for the long term.

Our work has a particular focus on mood and mental health in midlife women, while recognising that hormones, gut health, sleep, energy, blood sugar, nutrition and stress can all be part of the wider picture.

Whether you’d simply like to talk things through first or you’re ready to start working with us, there are two ways to get started.

Specialist support

Some health needs require a more specialist approach.

Alongside our work supporting mood, mental health and wellbeing, we have particular expertise in several areas where the way we work, the level of support or the type of nutritional care may need to be different.

Our specialist services provide personalised support tailored to your individual health picture, circumstances and needs. This may include more frequent sessions, additional accountability or specific functional testing where appropriate.
