Hormones & Mood Health
PMS, PMDD, Perimenopause, Menopause, Post Menopause
Personalised health programmes for midlife women navigating mood changes linked to hormones, perimenopause and menopause

Hormones & Mood Health Package
This is our core hormone & mood package for midlife women who can feel that hormones are part of the picture, but have either been handed an antidepressant or tried HRT without the mood relief they were hoping for.
We start with an in‑depth 90‑minute consultation to map what’s really driving your symptoms – from PMS, perimenopausal mood changes and sleep disruption to heavy, painful or irregular cycles – and turn that into a clear, personalised plan you can follow in everyday life.
Your three 45‑minute follow‑up sessions give you space to review progress, adjust food, lifestyle and supplement strategies, and stay on track when life is busy, so more stable hormones, calmer mood and reliable energy become your new normal instead of something you’re constantly chasing.
What’s included

Extended initial appointment (90 minutes) to deeply explore your health history, current symptoms and goals.

Regular follow‑up appointments (45 minutes each) to assess progress, review test results and adapt your plan so it stays realistic and effective.

Nicola Shubrook
Clinic director, Registered Nutritional Therapist & Functional Medicine Practitioner
Nicola has a real passion for supporting women on antidepressants who suspect hormones are still part of the picture, as well as those navigating perimenopause, PMDD or who don't feel better on HRT alone. She focuses on uncovering what's driving your symptoms and translating that into a clear, realistic plan so you can feel more stable, clear‑headed and like yourself again.

Sophie Nielsen
Registered Nutritional Therapist, MSc
Sophie supports women whose hormones, digestion, sleep and mental health are all feeding into each other, with particular expertise in reflux and upper digestive symptoms. She takes a practical, step‑by‑step approach, helping you settle mood swings, improve sleep quality and reduce the hormone–gut–brain "loop" that keeps symptoms in motion.

Irina Pollastri
Registered Nutritional Therapist & Eating Disorder Nutritionist
Irina works with women whose hormone symptoms (PCOS, PMS and irregular cycles) are tangled up with gut issues or a complicated relationship with food. She combines targeted nutrition with compassionate, non‑restrictive support, helping you ease symptoms, stabilise mood swings and reduce bloating while rebuilding trust in food and your body's signals.
