Mood & Nervous System Package

This is our core mood package for midlife women who are done “just coping” and want real answers as well as relief. We start with an in‑depth 90‑minute consultation to map what’s really driving your low mood, anxiety, sleep issues and energy crashes, then translate that into a clear, personalised plan you can actually follow in real life. Your three 45‑minute follow‑up sessions give you space to review progress, fine‑tune your plan and stay steady when life is busy, so calm days and reliable energy become your new normal instead of something you’re chasing.

What’s included

  • Extended initial appointment (90 minutes) to deeply explore your health history, current symptoms and goals.

  • Regular follow‑up appointments (45 minutes each) to assess progress, review test results and adapt your plan so it stays realistic and effective.

  • Bespoke dietary, lifestyle and supplement programme tailored to your needs and preferences.

  • Chat support between consultations for questions, and so we can check-in and help you stay on track.

  • Additional behind‑the‑scenes time to review test results and refine your personalised plan before and after appointments.

  • 10% discount on selected practitioner‑grade supplements 

  • Review of previous test results, and access to functional testing where appropriate, with clear explanations and next steps.

  • Collaboration with your GP or other healthcare providers when helpful, to keep your care joined‑up.

 

Who you'll be workng with

You can choose the practitioner who feels like the best fit for you, and you’ll work together through the same Mood & Nervous System Package structure. All of our nutritionists share a root‑cause, nutrition and functional medicine approach to mood, energy and nervous system health, and we regularly collaborate behind the scenes so you benefit from the whole team’s expertise, not just one person

In your very first session, we will discuss functional testing with you.  This is an additional cost, and always optional, but it does allow us to bring in more specificity and personalisation to your plan and health goal

In-depth Assessment

During our first session, we take time to understand your unique health history story, current symptoms and overall wellbeing. We’ll explore key systems that need support and help identify possible root causes for your mental health challenges.  At the end, you’ll have your first personalised action steps to start making meaningful progress.

Personalised programme

Within 48-hours of each session, you’ll receive a personalised plan with clear, achievable steps – covering nutrition, lifestyle, supplement advice (if required) and optional functional testing.  We make changes gradually so you’ll never feel overwhelmed, and you can start taking positive action straight away.

Accountability and on-going support

You’re never alone in your journey.  In-between sessions, you can message us with questions or updates – so you feel supported, accountable and confident to make lasting change.

Follow-up sessions

We’ll meet regularly to review your progress, update your plan, and celebrate every step forward.  Health is a journey – and sometimes, as we peel back the layers, new things can emerge that we can address together.  You plan will always adapt as your needs change, ensuring you feel supported with every layer.  you’re taking towards better mental health.

Functional testing

Functional testing can be a valuable tool in your health journey, helping us explore underlying factors that may impact your mental wellbeing. We’ll always begin with a thorough assessment before recommending any tests, so you never spend money unnecessarily.  Functional testing is optional, and you’ll have the choice to proceed only if, and when, it’s genuinely relevant to your programme.

Supplements

Supplements can play an important role, especially at the beginning of your journey, by helping to target nutritional gaps and support your progress.  Any recommendations will be tailored for you – based on your needs and goals, not a generic protocol.  For added value, we offer a 10% discount on all supplements we recommend as part of your plan.
