Why NeuroNourished Kids

NeuroNourished Kids is designed to support mums of children with ADHD.

  • Be guided through a comprehensive assessment of your child's gut health, nutrient status and brain function, providing easy-to-digest information on how diet and ADHD are connected, and how to nourish both their gut and brain.

  • Medications (such as Ritalin) are just a band-aid. They don’t address the root cause of your child’s symptoms and in some cases may make things worse.

  • Imbalanced bacteria in the gut can cause inflammation in the body, which may disrupt the brain’s ability to regulate attention, memory, and emotions—challenges commonly experienced by those with ADHD.

  • Support the gut-brain link and ease ADHD symptoms such as hyperactivity, inattentiveness, impulsiveness and agitation.

  • Optimise brain chemistry to improve your child’s ability to focus and regulate their emotions.

Improving your child’s gut health and nutrient status through diet, food, and supplements is essential for optimising their mood, sleep, learning, and overall development.

*Please note, this package is suitable for children aged 7+ years old

Poor gut health can play a significant role in neurodiversity and associated mood disorders. The bacteria in your gut helps to produce important brain chemicals, such as serotonin and dopamine, and these chemicals facilitate communication with the brain and impact mood, focus, and attention.
