Hello, I’m Irina. A Registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in the relationship with food and eating disorders, particularly binge eating. I understand how frustrating and hopeless it can feel when you're struggling with food and your health.

 

My health journey was filled with challenges – PMS, acne, insomnia, chronic urticaria, histamine intolerance, food sensitivities, acid reflux, and digestive issues. But above all, I struggled with my relationship with food. Through dedication and nutritional therapy, I overcame these obstacles. Looking back, it feels like a different lifetime but those struggles, combined with my professional training, helped me truly understand what my clients are going through.
