I will guide you through a comprehensive assessment of your child's gut health, nutrient status and brain function, providing easy-to-digest information on how diet and ADHD are connected, and how to nourish both their gut and brain.​

NeuroNourished Kids is designed for mums seeking a comprehensive assessment of their child’s gut health and unique biochemistry. It’s the first step in identifying the specific triggers behind your child’s symptoms and behaviours.
How It Works
This is a 12-week programme which includes functional testing, a full review of the results and a personalised approach for your child.

Complete Health Questionnaire & order tests
You'll complete a comprehensive Health Questionnaire for your child, and we'll set up the order for the OAT (Organic Acids Test), plus any additional tests if relevant.

Home test kit arrives
Follow the instructions provided by the lab to complete the OAT for your child. Post urine sample to the lab and wait for the results (approx. 10 working days).

Get your first appointment in the diary
Once you've returned the test, I'll be in touch to book the Initial Consultation.

Initial Consultation and test results
We'll meet to go through the Health Questionnaire and the test results, after which I will create a personalised nutrition and health programme for your child.

Follow-up Consultations
We'll then meet a month later to follow-up on your child's progress and discuss any changes or next steps. If further support is needed, additional follow-up consultations can be purchased.

Package add-ons
ADD-ON HTMA
(Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis)
A hair mineral test is a non-invasive test that can provide information about your child's nutritional status, metabolic efficiency, and exposure to toxic elements.
Additional cost: £75
ADD-ON KRYP
(Kryptopyrroles Test)
In addition to the HTMA, a Kryptopyrroles Test measures the level of kryptopyrroles (KRYP) in urine. KRYP is a neurotoxin and high levels can deplete important vitamins and minerals, and is common in ADHD.

ADD-ON GENETIC TESTING
A genetic test can give greater insight into your child's nervous system, and their ability to create important neurotransmitters (brain chemicals) which are important in mood regulation, sleep, stress and and motivation.
